When I just moved to paris I was in shock to find out the shopping culture- everything is expensive,even the cheap shit, sales people are blazee or downright rude, everywhere, stores are closed on Sundays( except in Le Marais) and worst of all real sales only happen twice a year! What the…!
OMG- a whole year of paying full price for everything! No damn Target, Daffys and no Century 21.
I think I’ve gotton used to all of this and now I get so excited about the upcoming winter Paris sale that starts in all stores this Wednesday – and best of all for the next 3 Wednesdays the price cuts gets deeper! – 30%-50%-70%…

Acne makes the Atacoma up to a 9.5 which sucks for me cause I’m worried that my size 10 feet won’t fit and the Jeffrey Campbell Alexa comes in a size 10 but are sold out everywhere.
I mean worldwide! I’ve been searching for these babies even on eBay – and to no damn avail!

I’m in the middle with this one guys- on one hand I can see myself pairing many of the cardigans with other items from my wardrobe but then again I am trying to wear less black and this seems to be a goth princess dream. I love it cause you gotta have balls to create something so different yet remixing different eras and genre and still have the audacity to mass retail it – at target of all places!

And were continuing with our Gift-a-Day countdown for Christmas. Which brings me to gift ideas for outdoor type dads.
I’m getting my dad a binocular and thought ‘why not write about that as a gift idea?’ So it might not be the cutest of things to do for your dad this Christmas but if your dad is like mine “cute” is not even in his vocabulary. so lets get real.
Lets just get past all those “best dad ever” type mugs, shirts, aprons etc – not another tie or another watch ( sorry Dad), and get him something useful that he’ll really like.
I know he likes binoculars and to be honest with you all he’s been hinting about it for years now but I have to admit it that I know now nothing about these sorts of things!
So thank heavens for Google and this Binocular know-it-all guy!
