Tory Burch filed an infringement suit against all those knock off ballet makers with shoes that kind of look like the Tory Burch’s Reva ballet flat trademark: Wanted Stores Inc., Orva Stores and A&E Stores Inc.
I understand property rights all too well, but come on it’s not like the other companies made ballets exactly like Tory’s, they just look a lot of alike, right? I mean I don’t see brands like Chloe or LeSportsac suing everyone that makes a knock off Paddington or Canvas bag. Or should they?
So before they pull them off the shelves, because lets not kid ourselves we all love a good looking bargain, here are some places to get them…
