Yes We Cancan…

Spent the afternoon yesterday with the wonderful Kristina at Cancan in the Pigalle area of Paris- I’m still processing the images from my little dress-up session / visit to the store.

They have the most amazingly selected hotness in all of Paris! Brands and designers that are sought after by the discerning shopper who cares about quality and personal style.

I’ll be posting more photos of the boutique and the clothes, shoes, jewelry and such that can be found in this treasure box of style…please come back later for more photos of the story.

Sandro Paris – The Looks We Love

For their Spring- Summer 2010 Collections, Parisian fashion brand Sandro does two things very well – simple everyday designs that embody the fashionably girl on the run , whether she’s off to working in a creative agency or a late night party out with friends.  The line takes us back to basics  with fitted miniskirts, leggings and drippy harem shorts  with detailed blazers, studded  tops, floral dresses and leather jacksts for women. Clothes that easy to wear and transition from one setting to the next.

The mens collection is equally playful with distress denims, slim fit pants, graphic tees, biker jackets that remind me of Grease.

Ok, so I’ve been looking at the stuff Mme.Moss has with the top high street retailer Topshop, andd Hot Damn!, most of the stuff are actually quite cool. Well, I haven’t tried anything yet, but they look pretty hot. Yes, there were a few misses( but they were just that, very few). Most of the entire line can be summed up to what you’d expect from the british trendsetter:
There was colored denim, cropped skinny jeans, tiny short shorts, and of course her signature Hippie chic look via her long gown and simple skirts, with many in the latest shinny and metallic fabrics.

Here’s some of the stuff I think are worth grabbing before they’re gone and then you’ll only get it on ebay.

Oh, shopping the topshop online? You can only buy one of each item, and a max of five items( you know to be considerate to the other shoppers) so shop wisely.
