By far, my favorite of the season!!! I love the colors, I even love the fact that the models look kind of cracked out ( or was he going for the Pat Benatar meets Debbie Harry look?) – it’s funky, unpredictable, beautiful and all that a haute couture show should be a: a great showing of stylistic genius!
This was a nice pristine collection with clean simple cuts mixed with playful light fabrics that move with the air to create an effortless yet classic feel. No one does dresses like Valentino.
Remember when Elton John when was loud, Madonna was a Material Girl, and Michael Jackson was , ahmmm, well, Black? You say No!?!? Do you even remember “That 70′s show”? Not to worry HandM is here to take us, back to the 50s, 60s and 70s down memory lane!
Their Spring/Summer 07 Line is here and it sure resembles some of the stuff I saw at last years Fashion Week in NYC(like the Diane von Furstenberg dress I featured in a previous post) But Ah, well, that’s exactly why I LOVE HandM, I can always find styles ripped straight from the Runways available at a reasonable price!
I WANT THIS!!!- I’m very much into Jersey dresses now. Jersey is very common among the peices in the collection. I’ve even made my own (hells yea, I can sew, thankyouverymuch!) SEE PIC…
For some reason I can see Lauryn Hill wearing this, I like that it’s a one-piece (Sometime, I like when I don’t have to search for a bottom or a top, its all here), and Military styled clothing are on the rise.
Ammm, what, looks like this no? I strongly believe its all about how you wear something. Who’s going to know you didn’t get your gingham print dress at DVF? Rock on HandM, making many girls fashionably sexy while living within their means.
Hippie-Chic is what’s going on here (I guess). I wouldn’t personally wear the suit; I’d rock the top with leggings, or a black skinny with platforms
Speaking of shoes…I know I was talking about HandM, and I should stay on that, but I have ADD and a fierce love of shoes so I had to share when I saw that these kinda look like what the model has on in the HandM photo shoot…
