Four versions of the Clog Shoe Trend

Category : celebrity style, cute find, trend forecast

Who let the clogs out??

Clogs are coming back in style. We all know that everything Alexa Chung wears immediately becomes a trend or sells out – case in point those Acne Atacomas.

Now here she is wearing a Chanel Clog siting with 14 year old blogger Tavi in front row.

Are you ready to rock the trend? You be the judge.

Real vs Deal: YSL Imperiale & Dolce Vita April pumps

Category : Uncategorized

YSL Imperiale

Who knew there was a fake YSL Imperiale made by Dolce Vita?

The YSL Imperiale has been one of the “it” heels of 2009 on the feet of many celebrity from Katy Perry to Lady GaGa. It’s unique wedge + platform like heel has found a soft spot with many bloggers too.

The YSLs are now on sale almost everywhere, but if the price tag is still a bit over your budget – I’ve found that Dolce Vita does a nice impersonation (knock off) of the pumps with their “April” Platform pumps – and for only a fraction of the price of the YSL Imperiale.

What do you think?

YSL Imperiale $795 at Saks
Dolce Vita April Pumps $180 at Shopbop.com

We’re going crazy for : sexy cut out wedge boots

Category : Uncategorized

I’m walking on sunshine!
Women wedge shoes have usally been for the school teacher type babes. You know, short heels, functional and not much attention to detail.

But todays trend of cut out womens wedge shoes are showing up everywhere, outside of the classroom.

Aldo has these bad babies for $140 ( as seen on fashiontoast)

Dolce Vita is making my heart melt with the brown cut out booties, but I’m wondering how comfy they really are?
and I can’t seem to find them in black!

These Givenchy shoes are divine, but in these hard financial times a price tag of $795.00 just doesn’t make sense no matter how well made and unique a pair of shoes are. Think of how many ways we can spend/not spend $800 right now?

But it does make for beautiful eye candy.
