After we’ve made way via London and Madrid fashion week, the big game has begun with all the major players: Milan Fashion Week, is truly where inspiration meets wearability.

Dolce and Gabbana – I love the good life, and many fine things are better in pairs much like my favorite design team!! La Dolce vita plus Gabbana!!

Emilo Pucci – I loved everything from the line, the bold sharp shaped patterns, bold blacks and everything in between.

Marni – And now for my favorite designer “I love to hate”, because she makes the most hideous looking outfits, bags, or jewelry that i’m always deared to try, and then they become the items I can’t live without( and most time it stuff I can make myself but never really thought about, damn her for her vision!..lol). Where the heck did i see iths garbage bag trend? Oh yea, thats right from that designer at NYC Fashion Week with brasilian roots. By the way, I want to try those shoes and leggings don’t they look tres cool?

These are major personality peices and ofcourse i love them. Really wouldnt pay for the Marni( but will accept donations..hehe) Seriously, I make my own stuff and I can make those. I wonder if the stacks of bangles from Celine are made out of any bone or painted stone? Its very versatile, can be a worn with neautrals and brown, very Safari-an or anything else for that matter.

As we turn a page to enter the new year, lets take a sec to reflect on some of the top styles, fashions, and mistakes of 2006. And I wish that 2007 is a prosperous and sale filled year!!

LEGGINGS
Sienna wasn’t the only one wearing leggings all year long. Go to any mall today and you’ll pass many girls rocking some tiny jeans skirts and their leggings. I wear mine with my brown flat boots and under my shirt dresses. This style is so simple, lets hope it stays in all of next year too.

SKINNY JEANS
Oh, thank the fashion Gods! I don’t know who did it first but, also thank the Merchandising Gods for taking these off tha asses of modles and putting it in the stores, and inexpensive ones too, that are still oh so cute!

BALLET FLATS
I can’t express how freaking happy I’ve been this pass year wearing my cut little flats to the office, cause working in my industry I have to run in and out to meetings most days, and you all know sometimes I’d kill for a 3 inch stiletto but on a long day i’d rather not.

This year not only were the celebrities wearing vintage but there were many vintage inspired styles all over.
