I was totally oohhing and awwing over the lovely mix of black and white with a pinch of yellows and reds here and there in the office of Lonny Magazine. I had to share.
This morning I ordered a small folding table to replace my present humongous work desk, it easily gets filled with crap. A smaller table will take up less space in our tiny apartment and I’ll be forced to be more organized.

Key office redecorations tips: fill your office space with things you love. So true! There nothing more inspiring than being surrounded with things that inspire you when you look up from your computer screen. And plants, flowers, anything that grows.

I’m still trying to convince the hubby to let us use one of our walls as a blackboard like they’ve done here. For now the door to the hallway will have to do.
I’m into loose coats that are light enough for spring and summer winds. Nothing too fancy, to take away from the outfit itself, just a little cover up that I can tuck over my handbag handles if it gets too warms and something I can easily throw on when it gets too cold. And I think I’ve found it, at Zara!

Very Simple, clean cut minimalism.

And it has pockets!

Hoping you had an Amazing Easter weekend!
We had a long 3 day weekend here as we also had “Easter Monday” yesterday. I’ve been a total bum! Hence no weekend posts.
I think I’ve finally managed to have a tightly edited wardrobe for spring/summer. Everything I want to be out from storage is out and I’ve organized everything by category and color. Ya’ll, I’m so proud of myself!
I will post some photos later of what I wore.
Apart from spring cleaning (which literally took me all 3 days), I just ate a lot and watch old TV series and DVDs, , and went to the park a lot because the weather has been so nice and sunny here. Oh I’m also reading this great book by Andrea Levy called Small Island; the story is set in the 1940s after the war, with the focus on 2 families, one Jamaican, the other British. It’s wonderfully written and funny too.
Lets make the week a very productive one! and remember never stop dreaming because “All men who have achieved great things have been great dreamers” - Orison Swett Marden
