Cutesie Creations : MIFF

Ok, so they might only be good to look at but, hey so is high art?! I love these little creations of Miffs dressed in cute couture usually ripped right from the catwalks or the pages of magazines like vogue or elle. Tres Cute! Check out more MIFFs at MIFF-FASHION.blogspot.com I’m still not sure the identity of the sketch artist and I think (s)he might also be changing the name of the site and creations soon, because of similarity to another persons creation in some storybook or another. Right in the [Nix]-on Time!

I’m an accessory junkie, and I can never have too many earrings, bags, and necklaces and of course watches. I know I only have two hands, but honey, if you’re like me, you know that sometimes a basic watch just doesn’t always go with your outfit if you’re also wearing bracelets.

I’ve found a pretty watch that not only tells the time but also doubles as a playful hand accessory. It reminds me of the 80s, a bit, back to my Punky Brewster days! Oh, and they have them in more colors than orange. If you like statement pieces like me, you might like this Nixon watch.

Hayden-Harnett Bags do Carry All

Now I have a slight notion of what Cameo must have been singing about when he said “Oh Its like candy”. Because I’m getting a sugar rush just to tell you about this pot of lucky charms I’ve found. What’s as necessary as the LTB (little black dress)? Seriously every girl needs a CAB (carry all bag); for a busy day at work, sleeping over at the boyfriends pad or my favorite – going shopping! Not many women carry the bare essentials in their bags anymore; we’ve become proud pack rats.

But we don’t seem to mind, as long as no one looks through our bags with a microscopic lens, we’re fine. These people know that its not so much what’s on the inside of your bag that tells a lot about you, the outside is surely important too. Let the powers of Utility and Beauty combine!…sorry getting carried away here, but sometimes I do feel like a Fashion Warrior Princess

I recently learned of Hayden-Harnett from a friend in NYC, not only are their bags colorful, but also depending on my mood, outfit, and occasion there’s probably a bag to fit, and not just any bag, but a cute clever pockets-where-you-need-them kind of bag.

Do you think these bags are hot, or do I need to adjust my thermostat?

Why pay more when you can PAYLESS!!!

Can’t say it any better than the Queen B, herself: “it must feel better to pay less!”…well, she was throwing a snide remark at Star Jones at the time when the two had a nasty feud, but I’ll use it because I remember the days when I used to shop at payless, shamfully buying shoes because they were cheap and fit into my college girl budget. When I graduated to the working world I decided to never buy at Payless again, but then I started to see my friend in some cute shoes and they’d always say it was either at Target, or from Payless. Still I thought I’d never go back to that period in my life.

Alas, I saw this very enticing window display, I went in and voila!
I came, I shopped and I conquered.
I was more than surprised at these sexy Garden Party shoes!
Take a look at let me know what you think? Get them at Payless shoe stores or www.payless.com. All Prices are between $16 and $20.
