The 49th Annual Grammy Awards were held last night. This musical celebration also traditionally has some of the best-dressed men and women. And because we all love to look at pictures of celebrities – including moi. Lets get down to it!!!! I’ve compiled what I like to call a pretty cool list of “oh hell yes” BEST and “oh hell no” WORST list.

Congratulations to The Dixie Chicks, Mary J. Blidge, and Beyonce! Oh, so the reason why Scarlett Johansson is here is because she’s presently working on an album. I can’t wait to hear it, my opinion if Britney Spears can make a top selling album, we know what sells: good music and bad music. Lets see what happens with Scarlett.

WORST

First of all, I thought Omariyah’s 15 minutes of fame were up? She looks out of place on the red carpet in this bronze dress. Could some one pass Hillary a curling iron or some spritz – don’t mean to be mean but she is just too cute of a girl to be looking like a crack head! Beyonce babe I can see all your business in this dress, truth is its a cute dress but not meant to be sang in with so much back light.

Nice dress minus the big pink bow, so it gets a “ugly” rating, and Ciara I’m just upset because you have a great body that can go into many a fabulous dresses and you chose this one( or your stylist did) but still its not falltering, something not so round and longer would be perfect for the red carpet.

My brother stayed over last night and wanted to borrow a t-shirt to wear this morning, and of course I couldn’t find any except my one remaining “I love NY” oversized tees that I absolutely love. I love it so much I buy them in bulk, in Chinatown in all sizes, some I’ve made into dress and tanks. He happened to snag the last XL I had, which by the way is super comfy over skinny jeans and looks ab-fab with my dark brown flat boots!

Anyways it had me thinking about t-shirts. Wow, I never knew we’d come to the point where t-shirts are so essential that designers had to integrate it into their collection and in different varieties. Most of us have so many different tees that go with our so many different jeans.

“Karl Lagerfeld for H&M,” Almost sparked near-riots in some locations as fashionistas elbowed their way to the racks( Bythe time I got to Downtown Crossing, in Boston, where I lived at the time, they were all gone!.

And on the verge of Lil Kims incarceration Marc did this t-shirt.
Lil’ Kim added, “Marc and Robert are both very dear friends of mine, and when I was told that they would be designing a T-shirt in honor of me and donating the proceeds to a charity that was very dear to my heart, I was completely blown away by their generosity and thoughtfulness.” ahh, how cute…I tihnk she was overely chill with the idea because she had bigger fish to deal with like her prison time.

T-shirt dresses can be so essential in the winter time, layer them with vest, sweaters and other tees for a warm and comfy look. This one can be found at american apparel for around $36 I beleive.
Now is Beyonce wrong or funny for wearing this Hellz Bellz tee? I love it to the max!! my fav coke fein on a t-shirt..yay!
Could only find it in the Jan.07 issue of Vogue Magazine, where the heck does someone buy this multi-layered Marc Jacobs t-shirt? Not too sure, shoot, I’m still searching for a cheaper similar version….ammm, this ones’ for $1300!!!
Natalie set the trend way back in 2004, with this basic Polo at the Mercedez Benz Polo Challange. This started the band wagon for companies such as Le tigre and Lacoste to either brush up thier act or re-invent themsevels( in the case of Lacoste) thats been around for ages, but have returned strong wit their new pretty print ads.
What can i saw, its Michael Stars – people love him just because. But I love him because he makes the ab-best cashmere tees, like this one.

This year promises to be a good year for the beautiful Jennifer Hudson( wearing Vera Wong), she was so charming last nigth when she said ” you dont know how much this does for my confidence” as the audience laughed and cheered her on for her win in Dreamgirls. Which i still haven’t seen yet!

America Ferrera was also a pretty winner.
Reese looked very sunny in her yellow dress and what the heck was Cameron wearing? Not to mention Beyonce’s dress which was form fitting, and in the gold tone that popular now. I thought was a little bit too concert-like.
I loved Molly Simms all white dress. Cate Blanchett wore a asymmetrical black lace Alexandra McQueen dress that was kinda risky but she work it well! Not many people can carry off such a dress.

The overall popular trend last night seemed to be either all BLACK: Angelina, Jennifer Husdon, Cate Blanchett

or all WHITE: Molly Simms, Heidi Klum, Drew Barrymore

Are they really? According to The New York Times Style Magazine, yes they are. Some of us might think this is “deja-vu”!I mean first it was the leggings, then ankle booties, then plaid, now Clip Ons! But i’ll be “crazy in love” with them.

I think its fun; when something old becomes new again, which is why I never throw anything out and love my Moms closet!!! Yippeee… All you gals can get a hold of some slip on like these at the stores, but i’ll be digging through Mommy’s Collection for free and grabbing dinner at the same time!

And I find that studs show better with hair away from the face, so I’ll doing one of Paris Hilton’s favorite things, wearing a headband…wait, or maybe not as i think i’ll look too preppy: and thats not my flow at all.
