After 40 years as an international fashion figure Sonya Rykeil has nothing more to prove. The feisty red haired style intellectual walked down the Parisian runway to what appeared to be an all out party.
It was all love, fun and fashion. As designers such as Karl Lagerfeild, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, Jean Paul Gaultier presented their own pieces that were interpretations of Sonya Rykeil. This was the icing on the cake at the show/birthday celebation.
The scrumptiously outlandish designs were given as gifted crafted for the runway. There was even a dress made to look like Rykeils signature red locks- designed by Castelbajac and Gaultier not to be outdone wowed the crowed with a dress that seemed to be knitted right on the body!
